We are in search of a self-driven professional who is able to teach and encourage C-Suite decision makers to think differently about their business and about the PEO Industry offering unique insight. This professional Business Consultant is responsible for identifying and developing customer relationships in the commercial markets of the Austin, TX region.

3+ years of consultative sales experience and ability to sell value.
Currently in a role that requires hunting with little to no leads provided.
Strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills. Should be familiar with the economics of running a small business.
Able to teach, tailor and keep control of the sales call. Comfortable debating a point or idea.
