Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Sales and Benefits Coordinator, focusing on the sale and administration of employee benefits packages. This individual will coordinate with the sales team to manage administrative sales processes, file important documents and communicate relevant information about employee benefits products to Internal CoAdvantage Employee Benefits Client Sponsored Benefits Sales and Benefits Administration Support. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of employee benefits with excellent sales coordination skills to support our team in providing comprehensive benefits solutions to our Account Managers, Agents, and Sales Team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Benefits Administration and Implementation with Agency (CoAd Enroll)
- Support Managing relationships with insurance providers and vendors to ensure accurate employee data and timely benefit delivery
- Support Ongoing maintenance with Agency Groups
- Create presentations and create information guides for Agents and Agency Director to educate internal employees on new processes
- Support Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA
- Assist in preparing data & reports
- Support with Quoting when necessary
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and insurance providers
- Ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear and understandable manner
- Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to Sales Team
Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits coordination or sales coordination
- Preferred: Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, some regulatory compliance
- Preferred: Experience with Benefit Administration Technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
