Position Summary:
As a licensed Agency Account Manager (Insurance Agent), you will partner with Business Consultants, RBCs and/or Human Resource Consultants to create and present CoAdvantage Benefit Solutions products and services to major account prospects, clients, and employees. Develop long term relationships with internal partners and clients by interacting in your designated Region to deliver Agency renewals, conduct enrollment meetings, and present strategic benefit and contribution analysis. You will be seen as a subject matter expert on topics such as Health Care Reform, Small and Large Group Insurance requirements, and all benefit products including medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, FSA, HSA, and HRA.
Essential Job Functions:
- Creates and presents strategic benefit and contribution analysis documents for prospective and current clients.
- Prepares CoAdEnroll and/or enrollment packets and conducts employee enrollment meetings
- Collects all employee enrollment documentation and ensures clean and accurate case submission to carriers to meet enrollment deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver client renewals with alternate strategies as appropriate in a timely and professional manner.
- Interface with internal service teams to assist in system updates needed for renewed clients
- Interface with carriers and/or GAs to implement new accounts
- Recommends additional products or services that clients are not currently utilizing.
- Partners with Benefit Specialists and Carriers to assist in client-centric escalated issues.
- Documents all activity and conversations in Salesforce to keep stakeholders up to date on client interactions.
- Develops and maintains long-term effective and professional relationships with internal departments, clients, and external brokers.
- Serves as Health Care Reform trusted advisor for Business Consultants, Human Resource Consultants, Benefit Specialists, Prospects, and Clients.
- Very limited travel
- Conducts all duties and responsibilities in a professional and confidential manner.

Required Skills and Experience:
- PEO knowledge and familiarity with Master Plan products a plus
- Presentation skills-client facing or webinar
- Good communication skills-written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow through on all projects and deliverables within established timeframes.
- Listening and probing skills to assess and determine client and employee benefit needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-in office and remotely
- Organization and time-management skills
- Strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Powerpoint
- Develop knowledge of BenefitMall, CoAd Quantum, and Carrier Site quoting requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work additional hours to complete work as necessary
Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing role within employee benefits
- Valid Health/Life state license (Non-resident licenses in TX, FL, CA, GA and CO a plus) Can be earned during first 90 days.
