Position Summary: 

This position is responsible for HRIS administration and client support of CoAdvantage technology systems to include, but not limited to implementation, training and support of software application for new and existing clients. . Follow project standards within established timeframes and at defined quality levels, and ensure projects are completed according to client specifications. Work performed is typically moderately complex.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supporting all CoAdvantage clients by performing client demonstrations, training and ongoing product support of CoAdvantage's Additional Products portfolio, including but not limited to:
    • Learning Management, Performance Management, I-9s, Applicant Tracking, Compensation Analysis, Benefit Administrative Systems
    • Other systems that may be used or offered by CoAdvantage.
  • Providing product training to all CoAdvantage clients as needed. 
  • Provide outstanding quality customer support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, thorough and timely response to customers
  • Billing and reconciliation of vendor invoices
  • Provide management with timely updates and reports on all the above objectives.
  • Prepare activity reports for review by management.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of CoAdvantage's overall value proposition including all products and services offered by CoAdvantage.
  • Conduct all activities in a manner that supports CoAdvantage's mission, vision and values and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

  • Able and willing to learn and retain information about CoAdvantage's products, services and technology based solutions.

Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or relevant, equivalent business experience.
  • PEO experience preferred
  • 3 years of technology system demonstration experience.
  • Past experience working with HR related technologies.
