Position Summary: 

The Termination Support Specialist is an essential internal office position that provides administrative support and communication to clients and internal team members throughout the client termination process.  Additional responsibilities include responding to subpoenas, and assisting with other system and compliance projects.

Job Requirements:             

  • Processes all client level offboarding/termination process, including communications directly with the client, and their assigned representatives to efficiently and effectively transition the account.  Produces letters to distribute to client and their worksite employees notifying of the change in status, works with internal stakeholders to process the separation in the CoAdvantage systems.
  • Responds to subpoenas issued to CoAdvantage and assists clients with their documents to respond to subpoenas.
  • Assists with preparation for EEO-1 filing - identifies and links common clients, identifies reportable accounts within the snapshot period, works with assigned representatives to ensure clients complete missing data.
  • Assists with New Employee Packet and form changes annually or as needed, reviewing for compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Assists with reviewing upcoming federal, state and local law changes and notifying internal team members of applicable updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and or equivalent certification required.
  • BA/BS degree preferred
