Position Summary:
Encouraging C-Suite decision makers to think differently about their business and teach them about the PEO Industry. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing customer relationships in the commercial markets of an assigned territory. This is a field sales position that is a hunter role. The sales cycle can be anywhere from 77 to 90 days with our complex solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
Some things we require you to have in this role include:
•Proven and documented sales track record with complex solution based sales
•3-5+ years of experience with business solutions-based sales
•Ability to identify and develop new complex sales opportunities
•A passion for learning new regulations on healthcare reform
•Excellent business acumen both orally and written, including the ability to interact effectively with Executives and Business Owners
•Ability to hunt for new customers
•5 + years of experience in a business environment
•3 + years of sales experience with at least 2 years in outside sales
•Consultative (not transactional) sales experience

We would like you to have:
•PEO consulting experience
•An existing network/pipeline of profiled small businesses
•A passionate, driven work ethic who can teach, tailor and take control
•Current or previous business owner experience
•Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline and / or equivalent experience in related field
Some things you will do daily include:
•Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new Customers
•Profile and manage daily
•Generate sales leads through a combination of your own activities and following up on company generated leads
•Actively develop and manage a network of small and mid-size business owners and potential channel partners
•Develop 150 - 200+ new connections each week
•Collaborate and strategize with C-Suite level professionals on how to grow their business
